2014 jeep grand cherokee laredo, 206431 miles , Developed an odd sound in the transmission, didn't want to wait till it became a tow to the shop , read the reviews ( only the negative ones ) nothing to me as negative, so I got to meet Don . Did a diagnostic check found metal in the oil , good enough for me . Don gave several options, and I choose to go with getting a rebuild . Is it expensive, what isn't, was it worth it , just less than 4k miles on rebuild VERY HAPPY. I will be back for service and repairs as needed. Integrity wins my vote every day.
