Don and his team are fabulous. I can definitely say I was not in the best place due to Nissan's failure to be a decent company and Don dealt with my concerns and difficult customer moments like a super star. I appreciate his patience and kindness and his willingness to go the extra mile to calm my concerns. New transmission installed and Im finally back om the road.
